Shipping policy
SPAIN:
Products that are in stock will be delivered to the destination address within 6 to 10 business days.
In the event that the package can be prepared more quickly, it will arrive sooner. Please note that there is one person for everything and depending on the volume of work, it will take more or less time.
If you need the earrings for a specific date, write an email to info@hemisferioderecho.eu so that we can try to send them to you as soon as possible.
From the moment the email "your package has been sent" is received, the delivery company (GLS) takes between 24 and 72 hours to make the delivery. If the customer is not at the address where the package must be left, it will be taken to a Parcel Shop where the customer can go to pick it up within 10 days.
It is the customer's responsibility to keep an eye on the mail in case their package has been left at a Parcel Shop.
All shipments have a tracking number that will be notified to the customer via email by the company in charge of making the deliveries, GLS.
It is important to enter the phone number correctly, since in case of problems with the delivery, they will contact you via a phone call.
Two delivery attempts will be made. If delivery cannot be made, GLS will contact the customer via email, and they have 10 days to pick it up at the indicated Parcel Shop.
The costs for shipping to the Peninsula are 4€.
The costs for shipping to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are 4,90€.
Orders will not be dispatched on weekends and holidays. It is important to verify that the shipping address is correct. In the event that an order is returned by the courier company, due to an error in the address or because the order is not collected, the payment for the reshipment will be borne by the customer, as well as the cost of the return, which has an amount of €5. If the order is definitively lost for this reason (error in the address), Hemisferio Derecho will not be responsible for the refund of said order.
If there is a slight delay in the order, this does not imply the cancellation of the order or any compensation.
In the event that your order is delayed for more than a month, it will be considered lost and the same order will be sent at no additional cost to the customer.
PORTUGAL (NOT SHIPPED TO ITS ISLANDS):
